Author Guidelines

All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by domain experts, evaluating the work based on originality, significance, technical quality, and clarity of presentation. Submissions must be research-oriented and present novel findings. Manuscripts must be original, must not have been previously published, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere during the review period. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the work during the conference sessions.

Before submission, authors are required to check their manuscripts for plagiarism using licensed plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin or iThenticate. The overall similarity index must not exceed 10%, including both self-plagiarism and similarity with other sources. Selected high-quality papers accepted for presentation at the conference may be considered for publication in reputed indexed journals or included in the post-conference proceedings, subject to additional peer review and necessary revisions

Review Policy

  • All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review by at least two subject-matter experts.
  • Papers will be evaluated based on originality, technical quality, relevance, and clarity of presentation.
  • A maximum of two papers per author will be accepted for the proceedings.
  • All papers must pass a plagiarism check using reliable detection tools.
  • Final decisions will be made by the Technical Program Committee, based on reviewers' feedback
